Daniel Duncan is a pioneer and expert in predictive analytics & optimization field with over thirty years experience in managing credit card and retail lending businesses, widely regarded as a thought leader in credit risk management and decision analytics. Daniel Duncan was founder of Credit Shop, a leading credit card issuer in the US. Daniel Duncan founded Austin Logistics in 1992 in Austin Texas, as a global leader in Predictive Analytics and Risk Management solutions. Prior to Austin Logistics, Daniel Duncan was Chief Risk Officer with Household Card Services. Daniel Duncan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Columbia University.

Pan Feng

CEO

Pan Feng has over twenty years of experience in designing and implementing customer relationship and risk management software solutions for leading international banks and fintech institutions. Pan Feng has long served Austin Logistics, a global leader in Predictive Analaytics and Risk Management solutions, as Managing Director for Asiapac and Greater China. Prior to Austin Logistics, Pan Feng was Technical Service Director for Asiapac and Greater China with US software vendors such as Divine Inc, Aspect Software Inc. Pan Feng holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Roger Chu

Managing Partner

Roger Chu has over 25 years of risk and business management experience for global banks and fintechs. He had introduced predictive analytics into Asia Pacific region for GE Capital and founded the credit bureau scoring business for TransUnion in HK. During his tenure, Roger had successfully led ABN Amro Bank to sail through the bankruptcy crisis in HK and the Double Card crisis in Taiwan; and also led Standard Chartered Business Banking to sail through the global financial crisis in the capacity of Global Head of Business Banking Risk Mgt. Roger holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.
